Hunger, Hope & Healing is a 16-week program that connects the teachings of:

modern science brain chemistry,

psychology, and

the ancient practices of yoga and Ayurveda

to give you the tools to create meaningful behavior change in your life.

This program is lovingly and expertly guided by Sarahjoy Marsh, whose 25+ year career combines practicing community mental health, art therapy, transpersonal counseling, the psychology of yoga, Ayurveda, and rehabilitative yoga.

Hunger, Hope & Healing is not a fad diet or exercise plan.  The program is offered only 3 times per year and has spots for 10 women. It is your chance to learn how to put yourself first and begin a journey to recovery.

  • Daily inspirations + motivations from me to help you start your day feeling centered and motivated

  • Daily yoga and meditation practices & tools to help you care for yourself more wisely, lovingly, and consistently.

  • Journal reflections to help you identify your needs, establish (and keep!) personal boundaries with family, work and friends, and transform your relationship to food.

  • In-depth teachings for your Hunger, Hope & Healing journey delivered directly to you to learn from at a digestible pace.

  • Targeted teachings from Ayurveda, brain-science, gut-health, and shoring up your “Body Dashboard” to truly build your Personal Buoyancy.

  • A program designed to support you even when you’re busy dealing with life.

  • Weekly live support calls with Sarahjoy. Email and text access to me for immediate support.

  • Inclusion in a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and find support, in an intimate group size of not more than 10 women.
